How ReplyRank turns one clean message into a public benchmark.

ReplyRank measures what happens after a real first touch to a public company inbox, then makes the aggregate result easy to inspect.

01

What ReplyRank is

ReplyRank is a reply-maximization engine for public support inboxes. It tracks four common public inbox types:

  • support@
  • help@
  • contact@
  • partnerships@
02

One clean message per inbox

For each selected public inbox—support@, help@, contact@, or partnerships@—ReplyRank sends one clean first-touch message. It does not run a pitch or follow-up sequence.

03

How the counter grows

A matched inbound response is classified as human_reply, auto_reply, redirect, opt_out, or bounce. The public total is the number of matched classified inbound outcomes—not page views or votes. Human replies are the signal used for reply-rate rankings.

04

Public company profiles

Each tracked company gets a public /c/<company-slug> page with contacted inbox outcomes. A company can open /claim, verify with a work email, then claim the profile, redirect future outreach, or opt out.
